Jenny ... we heard the Sunday School Christmas program was exceptional, congratulations to everyone for a wonderful event ... Have you noticed the changes to the daily devotional on the young adult section of the NPC web page? It's now a nice daily devotional for Christians of any age and the music is great. http://www.d365.org/todaysdevotion/?CFID=1716165&CFTOKEN=60022696

We noticed this theologic review of the We Believe series on PCUSA ... /// ... "We Believe: God’s Word for God’s People" is produced for Presbyterian sunday schools, study groups and workshops by Presbyterians. The curriculum’s central theme is that God’s saving love for creation is found at the center of each Bible story; which reveals the central redeeming act of Jesus Christ’s death, resurrection and ultimately our new life in the power of the Holy Spirit. The "We Believe" series helps to develop the participant's understanding that the old and new covenants form a coherent whole in the person and work of Jesus Christ. As we use the "We Believe" series to study bible stories, we can develop an appreciation that God is helping people throughout history toward His sovereign, gracious, purpose. Our knowledge of Jesus Christ and our gratitude to God impels us, as Presbyterians, to a deep kingdom involvement in the world ... /// ... sounds like a nice study program
